基于JJG(闽)1086-2018放射治疗CT模拟定位机X射线辐射源的质控分析

整个精确放疗流程最关键、最基础的一个环节就是定位CT扫描精确程度,做好定位CT的质控关乎整个放疗流程的成败。介绍了JJG(闽)1086-2018放射治疗CT模拟定位机X射线辐射源在检定和质控中的流程和方法,从剂量性能要求、图像成像质量和机器机械精度方面对CT模拟定位机的质量控制做了定量的要求。连续8个月的测试结果表明:CT测量值误差在30HU以内,图像均匀性≤5.0HU,空间分辨力7Lp/cm,低对比度分辨力在对比度为1.0%,0.5%,0.3%时分别≤3.0mm,≤5.0mm,≤6.0mm,达到了规程的要求。CT模拟定位机的图像质量和机械精确程度得到了很好的保障,定位CT的剂量准确,影像参数和位置精确度有规可循。     

短寿命核素气溶胶监测相关问题探讨

目前的放射性气溶胶连续监测仪或连续空气监测仪,都是针对长寿命的α放射性核素(如U,Pu)或β放射性核素(如¹³⁷Cs,⁹⁰Sr),因而在采样测量过程中都不考虑被监测核素的衰变修正。但是,包括核电站在内的具有反应堆运行的核设施,对某些短寿命放射性核素(如⁸⁸Rb,¹³⁸Cs 以及¹⁸F等)的气溶胶监测也是重要的。本文针对短寿命核素气溶胶监测中的有关问题进行讨论,提出了相关的可供监测仪器报告监测结果的实际可行的数据处理方法。     

Eight-node conforming straight-side quadrilateral element with high-order completeness (QH8-C1)

A new eight-node conforming quadrilateral element with high-order completeness, denoted as QH8-C1, is proposed in this article. First, expressions for the interpolation displacement function satisfying the requirements for high-order completeness in the global coordinate system are constructed. Second, the displacement function expression in global coordinates is transformed into isoparametric coordinates, and the relationships between the two series of coefficients for the two kinds of displacement function expressions are found. Third, the displacement function expression is modified to satisfy the requirements of nodal freedom and interelement boundary continuity. The key to the new element construction is the derivation of the linear relationship expressions among 12 coefficients of element displacement interpolation polynomials in the global and isoparametric coordinate systems. As a result, the relationship between quadratic completeness and interelement continuity is explicitly given, and a proof of the completeness and the continuity was conducted to theoretically guarantee the validity of the derivation results. Furthermore, in order to verify the correctness of the theoretical work, nine numerical examples were performed. The computation results from these examples demonstrate that QH8-C1 exhibited excellent performance, including high simulation accuracy, fast convergence, insensitivity to mesh distortion, and monotonic convergence.

研究抗硫化返原剂PK900在全地形轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在全地形轮胎胎面胶中添加抗硫化返原剂PK900,胶料硫化速度变化不大,抗硫化返原性能提高,在过硫条件下硫化胶可保持较好的物理性能;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,使用寿命延长。     

Effect of Pre-cold Rolling-Induced Twins and Subsequent Precipitated x-Phase on Mechanical Properties in a β-Type Ti–Mo Alloy

This paper reported an effectiveness of pre-cold rolling-induced{332}\113[twins combined with subsequent isothermal x-phase formation for enhancement of uniform elongation in a b-type Ti–15Mo alloy with high yield strength level.Mechanical{332}\113[twins were induced by cold rolling with an thickness reduction of 5%,which had little effect on x-phase precipitation after aging at 573 K for 3.6 ks.Twinning after the cold rolling was further activated during tensile deformation,even with the presence of isothermal x-phase.This combination of twins and x-phase enhanced uniform elongation from 0 to 9%at yield strength level of 890 MPa.The high yield strength was mainly dominated by dislocation slip due to the isothermal x-phase formation,and early onset of plastic instability after yielding was hindered due to the pre-cold rolling-induced twins.Dynamic microstructural refinement was induced by further twinning activation during deformation,which resulted in high work hardening rate corresponding enhancement of uniform elongation.     

原料煤低位发热量变化对气化运行成本的影响

通过列举原料煤低位发热量变化后煤耗增加及相关部分的影响,对变化前后运行成本进行对比分析,得出结论:当原料煤单价为每吨353元时,低位发热量每降低418kJ/kg,气化装置运行成本增加约20元。
